How To Request Deletion In The App
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
To request account deletion:
- Open the Block Battle app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
What Data Is Deleted
- Account profile and account identifiers linked to gameplay
- Game progress including stats, level, wins, losses, and battle records
- Unlockables including icons, colours, themes, and similar cosmetic items
- Currency including GB balances and related reward state
- Stored preferences and account-linked settings
- Social data including friend relationships, requests, and challenge data tied to the account
What Data May Be Retained
Some limited records may be retained temporarily for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, chargeback handling, or dispute resolution.
- Deletion request and audit logs
- Security or fraud review records
- Records we are required to keep by law
Retention period: within 90 days.
